Terms & Agreements

1. Introduction

These Terms & Agreements ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services and platform operated by Luvione Ltda. ("Luvione", "we", "our"), a company registered in São Paulo, Brazil. By submitting a brief, signing an engagement letter or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Luvione offers two engagement models:

• Hunting & Recruiting: a one-off recruitment fee of €3,500 per hire plus three follow-up payments of €600 over the first three months. Includes sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding support.
• Managed Professionals: ongoing engagement of vetted Brazilian professionals at hourly rates between €15 and €42, plus a 20% management fee covering compliance, contracting, payments and account management.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including a 6% Brazilian tax displayed in the calculator estimate.

3. Estimates

Estimates produced by the website calculator are indicative and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

4. Client obligations

• Provide accurate company, contact and project information.
• Make timely payments per the agreed invoicing schedule.
• Treat candidate and professional data confidentially.
• Not solicit or hire Luvione professionals outside the agreed framework for 12 months following engagement.

5. Replacement guarantee

For Hunting & Recruiting engagements, if a placed professional leaves within 90 days, Luvione will source a replacement at no additional recruitment fee, subject to the original brief.

6. Confidentiality & IP

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. Intellectual property created by Managed Professionals on behalf of the client is assigned to the client upon full payment, subject to the executed contract.

7. Payment terms

Invoices are issued in Euros and payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvione's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Luvione is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Compliance

Luvione operates in compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and LGPD (Brazilian Federal Law 13.709/2018). Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the client.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
