Luvione Ltda. ("Luvione", "we", "us") is a recruitment company headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, connecting European companies with senior Brazilian tech, design and creative professionals. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), Luvione acts as a data controller for the personal data described below.

2. Data we collect
- Client briefing data: company name, full name, work email, phone, country, role(s) needed, project briefing, preferred start date.
- Estimate data: selected engagement model, hours, duration, hires count and computed totals.
- Professional data: CVs, portfolios, professional experience and references collected with the candidate's explicit consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics required to operate and secure the website.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to recruitment briefs and provide tailored estimates.
- To match clients with qualified Brazilian professionals.
- To manage contracts, invoicing and ongoing engagements.
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in Brazil and the EU.

We process personal data under the legal bases of: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by you, (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment business, and (d) your consent where required.
